Returns & Refunds

At AmourTwill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original proof of purchase is required
• Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned
• Swimwear must have hygiene liner intact

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team via email to request a return authorization
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
4. Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• For exchanges, we'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

International Returns
